Terms
Website terms
The basic conditions for using this public website.
These terms govern use of the public Top Secret Digital website. A client project is also governed by its own written proposal, scope, invoice, or service agreement. If project documents conflict with these general website terms, the project-specific written agreement controls for that engagement.
Using this website
You may browse this website and use its contact tools for legitimate personal or business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that impairs operation, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Information and service descriptions
Website content describes services in general terms and may be updated as tools, capabilities, and offers change. Examples, timelines, and descriptions are provided to help visitors understand possible work; they do not create a binding promise for a particular project unless included in a written agreement.
Briefings, estimates, and pricing
The initial project briefing is free and carries no obligation. Published prices and package amounts are starting points rather than binding quotes. Final scope, fees, deposits, payment schedule, revisions, expenses, delivery dates, and responsibilities are confirmed in writing before paid work begins.
Project schedules
Many services may be delivered within one to two weeks or less, but timing depends on scope, complexity, client response, content availability, revisions, third-party systems, and other project requirements. Only the schedule stated in the written project agreement should be treated as the committed timeline.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely decisions, required access, and content or materials they have the right to use. Delays in approvals, credentials, payments, content, or feedback may change the delivery schedule and may require an updated scope.
Payments, changes, and cancellation
Payment terms, deposits, milestone billing, included revisions, change requests, cancellation, and any refund eligibility are determined by the written agreement for each project. Work requested outside the approved scope may require additional time, cost, and written authorization.
Ownership and intellectual property
Top Secret Digital retains ownership of its name, branding, website, reusable systems, methods, tools, and pre-existing materials. Ownership or licensing of client-specific deliverables is defined in the project agreement and may depend on full payment. Clients retain rights to materials they provide.
Third-party products and websites
Projects may rely on hosting companies, domain registrars, payment processors, software, APIs, plugins, platforms, fonts, stock assets, or other third-party services. Their availability, pricing, policies, security, licensing, and future changes remain controlled by their respective providers.
Results and warranties
Top Secret Digital works toward the goals defined for each project, but no website, search strategy, advertising effort, automation, or design can guarantee rankings, traffic, sales, revenue, uninterrupted operation, or a specific business outcome. Any project warranty or support commitment must appear in writing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Top Secret Digital is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of this public website, reliance on general website information, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control. Project-specific liability terms may be stated in the written agreement.
External links and portfolio previews
Links and embedded previews are offered for convenience and demonstration. Top Secret Digital does not control the continued availability, current content, security, accessibility, or policies of third-party websites. Visiting an external website is subject to that website and its terms.
